ICO Image format plugin.

The QtICOImageFormatPlugin in this project inherits from QImageFormatPlugin. This enables it to be used as a dynamically loaded library used by the Qt plugin framework.

When building the plugin it will automatically be placed in the Qt plugin directy. This enables any exsisting application to read/write .ICO files using the normal Qt image functions. For example you can now add images from .ICO files to your projects' images collection in Qt Designer.
