Most of the functionality of speaker-phone support is outside the scope of Qtopia, since it relies on noise cancellation hardware or software facilities that are highly platform-specific.
The scope for Qtopia is currently limited to the user-interface to activating such platform-specific functionality. i.e, support for selecting speaker-phone while on a call.
