Application-specific termination handling
Applications are able to register an application-specific termination handler. This handler is executed if the application in question terminates abnormally.
The termination handler provides a text description and optionally an icon relevant to the failute. The text description contains user-understandable information about the failute eg. reasons for the failure, and how the user might avoid the failure in the future.
